Job Description: 
US Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage Human Resources functions. This (full-time) role will provide administrative support to HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, reliable, and flexible individual who can take ownership of multiple HR tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee processing of payroll, benefits administration, and open enrollment for employees. 
  • Manage invoices for 1099 employees and ensure timely payment. 
  • Manage all aspects of the HRIS system, JustWorks, including troubleshooting, reporting, and system updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. 
  • Support and enhance the performance management process, developing strategies to improve employee engagement. 
  • Assist with employee performance management processes, helping to elevate employee engagement and retention. 
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company. 
  • Facilitate 401K enrollment for employees, ensuring all necessary documents are processed correctly. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide HR support and resolve employee concerns. 
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support operations. 
  • Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives and employee wellness programs. 
  • Analyze HR data and provide reports to leadership regarding key HR metrics. 
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment. 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role or professional work experience in human resources, benefits administration, or payroll processing. 
  • Experience in government consulting Human Resources 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 
  • Expertise experience with various HRIS systems, particularly JustWorks or similar. 
  • Expertise experience with various ATS systems, particularly JazzHR or similar. 
  • Experience in performance management and elevating employee engagement processes. 
Preferred Experience: 
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Experience with JazzHR and JustWorks is preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. 
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills and the proven ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. 
Additional Information:    
  • This position will be a W2 full-time role.  
  • Work mode can be remote in the U.S. or hybrid scheduled in the (Irvine, CA) office as needed.    
  • Work onsite in the Irvine office on a hybrid schedule (approximately 2-3 days a week), from Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm PT. Approximately 40 hours per week. 
  • Candidates will be required to successfully pass a background check.    
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Compensation: 
  • $100,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and geographic location.
