Job Description: 

US Advisors is seeking an experienced and proven Site Lead to manage contractor support activities at Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices. This full-time role will provide management and direction to Site Supervisors and Administrative Specialist staff and oversee the execution of the contract at each location. The Site Lead will be responsible for managing operational activities that involve contractors who provide support to various ERO programs.  

The Site Lead will provide mentorship and direction to subordinate supervisors and establish goals and objectives in accordance with contractual requirements. The Site Lead will maintain an open and direct line of communication with ERO Field Office leadership, the US Advisors management team, the US Advisors Program Manager, and will be responsive to all requests and inquiries. The ideal candidate is a former ICE ERO manager who has significant experience in leading operational programs and personnel while maintaining a high level of competence, integrity, quality, and discretion. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Familiarity with ERO operations: Experience managing all aspects of ERO programs and mission sets; understands the ERO culture and domain and has considerable knowledge of ERO processes. 
  • Managing Teams: Expertise in directing personnel to complete assigned tasks within contractual requirements; ability to manage subordinate supervisors and ensure all personnel are maintaining acceptable levels of production and efficiency; managing personnel issues and project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies; creating and implementing staffing schedules.  
  • Case Management: Knowledge and experience with ERO case management systems and processes; ensures all policies and directives are adhered to by creating procedures and processes that integrate data quality and integrity functions into daily contractor operations.   
  • Performance Monitoring: Proficiency in managing staff performance and implementing procedures that provide mentoring and guidance to staff; works closely with subordinate supervisors and provides counseling and feedback on set schedules and ad hoc as needed.  
  • Training: Proficiency in refining training plans for specific site location needs, creating a plan for On-the-Job Training (OJT), and identifying knowledge management roadblocks in the work environment and implementing corrective training through subordinate supervisors.  
  • Communication: Be the primary point of contact for ERO Field Office leadership and conduct regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction; engage regularly with subordinate supervisors and facilitate discussions to improve efficiency and increase operational effectiveness; keep contract management informed of any issues and provide updates on a timely basis. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent completed. 
  • 10 or more years of proven experience leading staff in the ERO operational environment. 
  • Experience working with ERO systems and databases. 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and other Office 365 apps.  
  • Proficiency in leading teams and managing multiple assignments. 
  • Experience providing reports for program management and staffing activities. 
  • U.S. Citizenship required. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. 

Additional Information: 

  • Work mode is on-site across various work/office location(s) in your area of responsibility. 

  • Offer is contingent on candidates passing a thorough background check for federal employment. Compensation: 

  • $100,000.00 annually
