  • Annual financial cycles: Lead beginning-of-year billing reassessments, service level agreement renegotiation with customer components, interagency agreement (FS-7600A/B) preparation and routing, and fiscal year-end customer coordination and reporting.
  • Taskings and special projects: Manage short-turnaround taskings from Treasury, DHS, ICE and OCFO leadership, including budget data, analyses, estimates, projections and briefings, with clearly documented assumptions and methodologies.
  • Process improvement: Identify and lead process improvements, system configuration updates and change requests for program tools in coordination with the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
  • Quality and documentation: Support quality management, standard operating procedures, desk guides and training materials, and keep work products consistent with program standards and templates.
  • Stakeholder communication: Facilitate customer and leadership meetings, track action items and communicate clearly and consistently with senior government stakeholders.
